- 1/2 cup milk

- 1 unbaked pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes and sugar.
- Add the milk, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the sweet potato mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
- Let the pie cool before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use brown sugar instead of white sugar.
