Description

A delicious dish featuring tender steak bites and shell pasta coated in a rich garlic butter Alfredo sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz shell pasta
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the shell pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the steak bites to the skillet and season with salt and pepper; cook until browned and cooked to your liking.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer; stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the cooked shell pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
  • Feel free to substitute the steak with chicken or shrimp.
