- 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 oz shell pasta
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the shell pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet and season with salt and pepper; cook until browned and cooked to your liking.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer; stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked shell pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- Make sure not to overcook the steak for the best texture.
