- 1 cup buttermilk

Instructions
- Marinate the pork chops in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Remove pork chops from buttermilk, allowing excess to drip off, then dredge in the flour mixture.
- Fry the pork chops for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add cayenne pepper to the flour mixture.
- Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans for a complete meal.
