A delicious twist on traditional quesadillas, featuring juicy smash burgers and melted cheese.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Form the ground beef into small balls and smash them onto the skillet to create patties.
- Season the patties with salt and pepper and cook until browned on both sides.
- Remove the patties and set aside.
- In the same skillet, place a tortilla and sprinkle half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese on one half.
- Add the cooked smash burger patties, diced onions, and pickles on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the fillings and fold the tortilla in half.
- Cook until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
- Slice and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

- Feel free to customize the fillings with your favorite toppings.
- Serve with salsa or guacamole for added flavor.
- For a spicier kick, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
