Description

A fun and spooky skeleton-themed veggie platter perfect for Halloween gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 carrot, cut into sticks
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup ranch dip or hummus

Instructions

  1. Arrange the cucumber slices in the shape of a skeleton’s head and body on a large platter.
  2. Use the bell pepper strips to create the arms and legs of the skeleton.
  3. Place the carrot sticks as the fingers and toes.
  4. Fill the skeleton’s head with cherry tomatoes for eyes.
  5. Use broccoli and cauliflower florets to create the ribs and spine.
  6. Serve with ranch dip or hummus in a bowl placed at the bottom of the platter.
