Instructions
- Arrange the cucumber slices in the shape of a skeleton’s head and body on a large platter.
- Use the bell pepper strips to create the arms and legs of the skeleton.
- Place the carrot sticks as the fingers and toes.
- Fill the skeleton’s head with cherry tomatoes for eyes.
- Use broccoli and cauliflower florets to create the ribs and spine.
- Serve with ranch dip or hummus in a bowl placed at the bottom of the platter.
