A creamy and cheesy dish made with layers of thinly sliced potatoes and a blend of three delicious cheeses.

- 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a baking dish with butter.
- Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the dish.
- In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, milk, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pour half of the cream mixture over the potatoes.
- Sprinkle half of each cheese over the cream mixture.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, cream mixture, and cheeses.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add some herbs like thyme or rosemary.
- Make sure to slice the potatoes evenly for even cooking.
- This dish can be prepared ahead of time and baked just before serving.
