Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy.
- Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.
- Add the chopped onion to the skillet and sauté until translucent.

- Add the cooked bacon back into the skillet and mix well.
- Season with salt, pepper, and fresh parsley.
