Reese’s Brownies Peanut Butter are a deliciously rich dessert combining the flavors of chocolate brownies and creamy peanut butter, topped with Reese’s pieces for an extra treat.

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup Reese’s pieces
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, melt the butter and mix in the sugar until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Drop spoonfuls of peanut butter over the brownie layer and swirl gently with a knife.
- Pour the remaining brownie batter on top and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle Reese’s pieces on top of the batter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate cocoa powder.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
- These brownies can be frozen for up to 2 months.
