Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the rice, chicken broth, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 20 minutes or until the rice is cooked and liquid is absorbed.
