Description

A quick and easy recipe for oven-baked boneless skinless chicken thighs that can be prepared in just 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
