Description

Ingredients

  • Pepper, to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices of cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, sauté the chopped onions over medium heat until they are caramelized.
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and pepper.
  3. Form the beef mixture into patties, making a slight indentation in the center.
  4. Cook the patties on a grill or skillet over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. During the last minute of cooking, add cheese on top of the patties if desired.
