- 1 cup honey BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steak with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the steak in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add honey BBQ sauce and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Bring the sauce to a simmer and let it thicken for a few minutes.
- Return the steak to the skillet, coating it with the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
