Description

A delicious and easy one-skillet recipe featuring tender steak cooked in a creamy honey BBQ sauce, perfect for a quick dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 1 cup honey BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook the steak in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  4. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add honey BBQ sauce and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  6. Bring the sauce to a simmer and let it thicken for a few minutes.
  7. Return the steak to the skillet, coating it with the sauce.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
