Description

One-Pot Zesty Steak Pasta is a quick and flavorful dinner option that combines tender steak with zesty pasta in a single pot for easy cleanup.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 lb steak, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced steak and cook until browned.
  3. Remove the steak and set aside.
  4. Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the pot and sauté until softened.
  5. Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, and Italian seasoning.
