Description

A delicious and easy no-bake vanilla cheesecake slice that is perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 250g digestive biscuits
  • 125g unsalted butter, melted
  • 500g cream cheese, softened
  • 100g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 300ml heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix the biscuit crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the base of a lined baking dish to form the crust.
  4. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  7. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  9. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

  • For a chocolate version, add cocoa powder to the cream cheese mixture.
  • Top with fresh fruits or chocolate shavings for decoration.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
