- 1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs

- 1/2 cup green candy melts
- 1/2 cup red candy melts
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add chocolate cookie crumbs and mix until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Place the dipped truffles back on the baking sheet and let them set.
- Melt the green candy melts and use them to create the iris of the eyeball on each truffle.
- Use the mini chocolate chips as pupils by pressing them into the center of the green candy melts.
- Finally, drizzle the red candy melts around the truffles to create a ‘bloody’ effect.
