Description

Mediterranean Stuffed Salmon is a delicious and healthy dish filled with vibrant flavors and nutritious ingredients, perfect for a special dinner or a weeknight meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together spinach, feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, black olives, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Make a pocket in each salmon fillet and stuff with the mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
