Description

Delicious no-bake mango cheesecake cups that are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Fresh mango slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of serving cups to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar, mango puree, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
  5. Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
  6. Pour the mango cheesecake mixture over the crust in each cup.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Garnish with fresh mango slices before serving.

Notes

  • For a stronger mango flavor, use fresh mango puree.
  • These cups can be made a day in advance for convenience.
  • Feel free to substitute graham crackers with digestive biscuits for the crust.
