- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup mango puree
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Fresh mango slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of serving cups to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, mango puree, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
- Pour the mango cheesecake mixture over the crust in each cup.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Garnish with fresh mango slices before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger mango flavor, use fresh mango puree.
- These cups can be made a day in advance for convenience.
- Feel free to substitute graham crackers with digestive biscuits for the crust.
