Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring each piece is thoroughly coated. Cover and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  4. Place the chicken breasts on the hot grill. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through and marked.
  5. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
  6. Serve warm, topped with avocado slices and cilantro.
