- 2 cups bowtie pasta
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 unit lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- To taste Salt and pepper
- Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water, add bowtie pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Prep the Chicken: Cut chicken into bite-sized cubes.
- Sauté the Chicken: In a skillet, melt butter, add chicken, and sauté with salt, pepper, and paprika until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
- Add Garlic and Broccoli: Stir in garlic for 30 seconds, then add broccoli. Sauté until cooked (3-4 minutes for fresh, longer for frozen).
- Combine with Pasta: Add pasta, lemon juice, and zest to the skillet, tossing to coat.
- Taste and Adjust: Season as needed.
- Garnish and Serve: Add parsley and serve hot.
