Ingredients

  • 2 cups bowtie pasta
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 unit lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • To taste Salt and pepper
  • Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water, add bowtie pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prep the Chicken: Cut chicken into bite-sized cubes.
  3. Sauté the Chicken: In a skillet, melt butter, add chicken, and sauté with salt, pepper, and paprika until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
  4. Add Garlic and Broccoli: Stir in garlic for 30 seconds, then add broccoli. Sauté until cooked (3-4 minutes for fresh, longer for frozen).
  5. Combine with Pasta: Add pasta, lemon juice, and zest to the skillet, tossing to coat.
  6. Taste and Adjust: Season as needed.
  7. Garnish and Serve: Add parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Great for weeknight dinners; can substitute chicken with shrimp or tofu.
