Description

Delicious cheese puffs made from leftover mashed potatoes, perfect for a quick snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups leftover mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 egg

Instructions
