Description

A delightful and colorful dessert made with Jello and whipped cream, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of Jello (any flavor)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the Jello in boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
  2. Add cold water to the Jello mixture and stir well.
  3. Refrigerate the Jello mixture until it starts to set, about 1 hour.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  5. Once the Jello is partially set, gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  6. Pour the mixture into a serving dish and refrigerate until fully set, about 2-3 hours.
