- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions
- Dissolve the Jello in boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
- Add cold water to the Jello mixture and stir well.
- Refrigerate the Jello mixture until it starts to set, about 1 hour.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Once the Jello is partially set, gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
