Description

Delicious beef cheeseburger rollups infused with garlic butter, perfect for a quick meal or snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1 package of crescent roll dough
  • 1/4 cup garlic butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add onions, pickles, ketchup, and mustard to the beef and mix well.
  4. Roll out the crescent roll dough and cut it into rectangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture on each rectangle and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  6. Roll up the dough around the filling and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Brush the tops with garlic butter.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
