A delicious and easy-to-make banana eclair cake that combines the flavors of banana and cream in a delightful dessert.

- 1 package of graham crackers
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 box of instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 container of whipped topping (8 oz)
- 1 cup of chocolate frosting
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk. Whisk until smooth and let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
- Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
- In a 9×13 inch baking dish, layer graham crackers on the bottom.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add a layer of sliced bananas on top of the pudding mixture.
- Repeat the layers with graham crackers, remaining pudding mixture, and more bananas.
- Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
- Spread the chocolate frosting over the top layer of graham crackers.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use ripe bananas for added sweetness.
- This cake can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
