Description

A delicious and easy-to-make banana eclair cake that combines the flavors of banana and cream in a delightful dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 box of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 container of whipped topping (8 oz)
  • 1 cup of chocolate frosting

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk. Whisk until smooth and let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  3. In a 9×13 inch baking dish, layer graham crackers on the bottom.
  4. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Add a layer of sliced bananas on top of the pudding mixture.
  6. Repeat the layers with graham crackers, remaining pudding mixture, and more bananas.
  7. Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
  8. Spread the chocolate frosting over the top layer of graham crackers.
  9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
