A delicious and spicy twist on Brussels sprouts, featuring crispy bacon and a sweet hot honey glaze.

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 4 slices of bacon, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup hot honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and sprinkle the chopped bacon on top.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are tender and the bacon is crispy.
- Drizzle the hot honey over the roasted Brussels sprouts and toss to combine.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra heat, add red pepper flakes to the hot honey.
- Can be served as a side dish or appetizer.
