Description

Hot Fudge Brownie Bread is a rich and indulgent dessert that combines the flavors of brownies and bread, creating a moist and fudgy treat perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup hot fudge sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the hot fudge sauce until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
