Description

Delicious garlic parmesan cheeseburger bombs filled with juicy beef and melted cheese, wrapped in a golden, flaky dough.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir in cheddar and parmesan cheese until melted.
  4. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
  5. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
  6. Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
  7. Place the bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  8. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley if desired.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add more garlic or herbs to the beef mixture.
  • These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
