Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a large Dutch oven, place the beef chuck roast and season it with salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika.
- Add the sliced onion, minced garlic, carrots, and potatoes around the beef.
- Pour the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the meat and vegetables.
- Cover the Dutch oven with a lid and place it in the preheated oven.
- Cook for 3-4 hours, or until the beef is fork-tender.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
