- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of small pie dishes or a large pie dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest until smooth.
- Pour the key lime mixture into the prepared crusts.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Spread or pipe the whipped cream over the key lime filling.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger lime flavor, add more lime zest.
- These pies can be made a day in advance.
- Garnish with lime slices or additional whipped cream if desired.
