- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, and sesame oil.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are well coated in the marinade.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
- For extra glaze, broil the wings for an additional 2-3 minutes at the end of cooking.

- For a spicier version, increase the amount of cayenne pepper.
