Ingredients

- 2 pounds of beef chuck roast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 packet of ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet of au jus gravy mix
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
- 6–8 pepperoncini peppers
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the beef chuck roast pieces in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over the beef.
- Add the unsalted butter on top of the beef and seasoning.
- Place the pepperoncini peppers on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender.
- Stir before serving and enjoy!

- Serve with mashed potatoes or over rice for a complete meal.
