Description

Crockpot Mississippi Steak Bites are tender, flavorful pieces of steak cooked in a savory blend of spices and pepperoncini, perfect for a hearty meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of beef chuck roast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 packet of ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet of au jus gravy mix
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
  • 68 pepperoncini peppers
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the beef chuck roast pieces in the crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over the beef.
  3. Add the unsalted butter on top of the beef and seasoning.
  4. Place the pepperoncini peppers on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender.
  6. Stir before serving and enjoy!

  • Serve with mashed potatoes or over rice for a complete meal.
  • Adjust the number of pepperoncini peppers based on your spice preference.
