Instructions
- Place the pot roast in the crockpot.
- Add the sliced onions and sprinkle the French onion soup mix over the top.
- Pour the beef broth over the roast and onions.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender.
- Remove the roast and shred it with two forks.
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions.
- Mix the shredded roast back into the crockpot with the cooked noodles.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and let it melt before serving.
