Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 packet French onion soup mix
  • 3 cups egg noodles
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Place the pot roast in the crockpot.
  2. Add the sliced onions and sprinkle the French onion soup mix over the top.
  3. Pour the beef broth over the roast and onions.

  5. Remove the roast and shred it with two forks.

  7. Mix the shredded roast back into the crockpot with the cooked noodles.
  8. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and let it melt before serving.
