A simple and delicious recipe for Crockpot Chicken and Stuffing that makes for an easy dinner option.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 package (6 oz) stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, black pepper, and thyme.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
  4. In another bowl, combine the stuffing mix, chopped celery, and chopped onion.
  5. Spread the stuffing mixture over the chicken and soup mixture in the crockpot.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Once cooked, shred the chicken and mix it with the stuffing before serving.
