Description

Crispy Honey Garlic Tofu is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that combines the sweetness of honey with the savory flavor of garlic, all wrapped around crispy tofu.


Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu, pressed and cubed
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss the tofu cubes in cornstarch until evenly coated.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Add the tofu cubes and fry until golden and crispy on all sides.
  6. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the crispy tofu and stir to coat.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
