Description

A delicious and crispy buffalo chicken sandwich topped with tangy ranch slaw, perfect for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat the marinated chicken in the flour mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
  7. In a separate bowl, combine shredded cabbage and ranch dressing to make the slaw.
  8. Assemble the sandwiches by placing the chicken on the buns and topping with ranch slaw.
