Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the marinated chicken in the flour mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove the chicken and toss it in buffalo sauce.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix shredded cabbage, ranch dressing, and green onions to make the slaw.
