Description

Corn Casserole is a delicious and comforting dish that combines sweet corn with a creamy, cheesy base, making it a perfect side for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans of sweet corn, drained
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 cup of cream-style corn
  • 1 package of Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweet corn, sour cream, cream-style corn, and melted butter.
  3. Add the Jiffy corn muffin mix and mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
