Description

A delicious and comforting cheesy ranch rotini bake featuring ground beef and sweet corn, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup sweet corn (canned or frozen)
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
  4. Add the sweet corn and ranch seasoning to the beef, stirring to combine.
  5. In a large bowl, mix the cooked rotini, beef mixture, sour cream, milk, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
