			- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup sweet corn (canned or frozen)
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
- Add the sweet corn and ranch seasoning to the beef, stirring to combine.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked rotini, beef mixture, sour cream, milk, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
