Description

Cheesy Cauliflower Steaks are a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional meat steaks, featuring thick slices of cauliflower topped with a cheesy blend and baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and slice it into thick steaks.
  3. Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with olive oil.
