Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and slice it into thick steaks.
- Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with olive oil.
- In a bowl, mix the cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet and sprinkle the cheese mixture generously on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and the cheese is golden brown.
