Description

Caramel Apple Pie Bombs are a delicious dessert that combines the flavors of caramel, apples, and pie in a delightful bite-sized treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of refrigerated pie crusts
  • 2 cups of diced apples
  • 1/2 cup of caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar (for sprinkling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crusts and cut them into circles.
  3. In a bowl, mix diced apples, caramel sauce, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  4. Place a spoonful of the apple mixture in the center of each pie crust circle.
  5. Fold the crust over the filling and seal the edges.
  6. Brush the tops with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
