- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup brown sugar

- 1/4 cup cooked boba pearls
- Butter for cooking
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and brown sugar.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the milk and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over low heat and add a little butter.
- Pour a portion of the batter into the skillet and cook until bubbles form on the surface.
- Flip the pancake and cook until golden brown on the other side.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, adding boba pearls on top of each pancake before serving.
Notes
- Serve with syrup or whipped cream for added sweetness.
- Adjust the amount of brown sugar to taste.
- Ensure the skillet is not too hot to prevent burning.
