Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup cooked boba pearls
  • Butter for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and brown sugar.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the milk and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over low heat and add a little butter.
  5. Pour a portion of the batter into the skillet and cook until bubbles form on the surface.
  6. Flip the pancake and cook until golden brown on the other side.
  7. Repeat with the remaining batter, adding boba pearls on top of each pancake before serving.
