- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 egg
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast; let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter, sugar, bourbon, and egg to the yeast mixture; mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread maple syrup and chopped bacon on top.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle with additional maple syrup before serving.

- For a richer flavor, use thick-cut bacon.
- Adjust the amount of bourbon according to your taste preference.
