Description

A delicious and indulgent pie made with Biscoff cookies and Bueno chocolate, perfect for dessert lovers.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g Biscoff cookies
  • 100g unsalted butter, melted
  • 200g milk chocolate, chopped
  • 100g Bueno chocolate, chopped
  • 300ml heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Crush the Biscoff cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
  3. Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  5. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it begins to simmer.
  6. Remove from heat and add the chopped milk chocolate and Bueno chocolate, stirring until melted and smooth.
  7. Pour the chocolate mixture into the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  8. Before serving, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  9. Top the pie with whipped cream and additional Biscoff crumbs if desired.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate.
  • Make sure to let the pie set completely before slicing.
  • This pie can be made a day in advance for convenience.
