A delicious and indulgent pie made with Biscoff cookies and Bueno chocolate, perfect for dessert lovers.

- 200g Biscoff cookies
- 100g unsalted butter, melted
- 200g milk chocolate, chopped
- 100g Bueno chocolate, chopped
- 300ml heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Crush the Biscoff cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
- Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it begins to simmer.
- Remove from heat and add the chopped milk chocolate and Bueno chocolate, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Before serving, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Top the pie with whipped cream and additional Biscoff crumbs if desired.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate.
- Make sure to let the pie set completely before slicing.
- This pie can be made a day in advance for convenience.
