Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until browned.
  5. In a large skillet, heat the marinara sauce over medium heat. Add the baked meatballs and Italian seasoning.
  6. Simmer for 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
