Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large baking dish, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the feta cheese in the center of the potatoes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden.
