- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, pepper, egg, and breadcrumbs.
- Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into oval kofta shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and browned.
- Serve with your favorite sauce or dip.
