Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, pepper, egg, and breadcrumbs.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into oval kofta shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and browned.
