- 2 croissants
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the croissants in half and place them on a baking sheet.
- Evenly distribute the chicken mixture onto the bottom halves of the croissants.
